One of the NFL’s oldest stadiums is preparing for a major facelift as Bank of America Stadium moves forward with an estimated $800 million renovation plan. The project aims to modernize the home of the Carolina Panthers with upgraded seating, enhanced fan experiences, improved infrastructure, and expanded event capabilities.
City officials and team leadership say the upgrades will help keep Charlotte competitive as a major sports and entertainment destination, while extending the stadium’s life for decades to come.
