All charges against Jussie Smollet has been dropped by the Illinois State Attorney’s Office! in a recent statement, Jussie Smollet Legal team states “Today, all criminal charges against Jussie Smollett were dropped and his record has been wiped clean of filling of this tragic complaint against him”
Jussie was allegedly attacked on January 29th by tow people he claimed he was unable to identify. Jussie Smollet pleaded not guilty to 16 counts of disorderly conduct for making false statements to police about a hate crime .
According to Cbs Chicago the judge on his case granted a motion to drop the case.
