Chris Brown is gearing up to sue the woman accusing him of rape for defamation after recently being in the clear to leave Paris.
Police are still investigating, at the moment the charges against Chris Brown have not been dropped.
Chris Brown and two others were placed in police custody on Monday on rape and a drug offense after a 24 year old woman accused Chris Brown of rape at his hotel.
