WCNC Shared Details About the Upcoming Camps.

Looking for a summer camp option for your kids or grandkids? Check out the Hornets Hoops Basketball Camp—it could be just what you’re after.

The buzz is officially back in the Queen City! The Charlotte Hornets are launching their 2025 Hornets Hoops Summer Camps, giving young players the chance to develop their game, grow their confidence, and learn from top-level coaches.

With sessions running from June through August at multiple locations across the city, the camps are open to boys and girls ages 7 to 14 and feature a full slate of basketball instruction, teamwork drills, and leadership development

“We’re not just teaching basketball—we’re building character,” said Ty Bogues, camp director and son of Hornets legend Muggsy Bogues. “Every kid who walks through those doors is going to leave with more than just a better jump shot. They’re going to leave believing in themselves.”  Each four-day session runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and includes skills stations, breakdown drills, and motivational talks. Locations include Myers Park Presbyterian, First Baptist Charlotte, Fort Mill High School, and more

When you signup and type in “WCNC” you’ll get $50 dollars off.  Follow for more on Instagram @hornetshoops or online at Hornets.com/HornetHoops.
