Streaming fans looking to save money may want to act fast. HBO Max has announced a limited-time promotion offering significant discounts on its annual subscription plans for both new and returning subscribers. The deal runs through July 15 and allows viewers to lock in a full year of streaming at a lower cost than paying month-to-month. According to HBO Max, subscribers can save up to 40% compared to monthly billing by choosing one of the discounted annual plans.
The promotion includes all HBO Max subscription tiers. The ad-supported plan is available for $78.99 per year, while the Standard plan is discounted to $132.99 annually. The Premium tier, which includes 4K streaming, Dolby Atmos support, and streaming on up to four devices, is available for $164.99 per year. Each plan includes access to HBO originals, blockbuster movies, hit series, live sports content on select plans, and programming from Warner Bros., DC Studios, Discovery, and more.
The sale comes as streaming services continue competing for subscribers by offering discounts, bundles, and special promotions. HBO Max remains home to popular series including The Last of Us, House of the Dragon, Euphoria, The Pitt, and Hacks, along with a growing library of movies and exclusive content. Subscribers interested in taking advantage of the promotion must sign up before the offer expires on July 15.
